Question 5 – Personal Perspective – Quality: What do you think of the quality of the design and composition? Do you believe the composition was well thought out, reasons? Were the elements of space, line and shape effectively used (yes and no not acceptable answers)?
I love this composition. I think that the elements of color, line, space and shape are all effectively used and balanced throughout the composition. I really like the lines in the grass/plains, road and sky – They work to asymmetrically balance the image. I also like the idea of the different modes of transportation being placed in typical and not typical positions right next to each other. The use of color adds to the value and depth of the composition, with the darker colors in lower front (road & car), and the lighter in the upper portion (boat and sun). Great job!

Ok this is my third time to post this comment, hopefully it will work this time lol.
I think you did an excellent job using Space, Line and Shape in your composition to convey an overall them of transportation. The use of the lines, dept of field and the light and dark, along with positioning of the elements, all work wonderfully to piece your theme together.
Totally reminds me of the trip my Hubby and I took, trekking across the NM, AZ, NV desert.
Great job, love it!
